## Recruitment Staff Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Staff member to join our Human Resources division. This role is pivotal in ensuring that J&T Cargo continues to attract top-tier talent to support our rapid organizational growth.
Core Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, initial screening, in-depth interviewing, and final selection.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and formulate effective talent acquisition strategies.
* Job Marketing: Manage job postings across various platforms, including job boards and social media, to maximize visibility.
* Candidate Management: Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear, consistent communication with all applicants.
* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate recruitment databases and generate detailed hiring reports for leadership.

## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment. Candidates with a background in the logistics industry will be viewed favorably.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, specifically regarding VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Table functions.
4. Operational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
5. Track Record: Demonstrated success in filling key roles within high-pressure, fast-paced corporate environments.
