Key Responsibilities

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or those with no more than two years of post-graduation experience.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate AutoCAD, MS Projects, and related industry-standard software.
* Domain Knowledge: Prior understanding of soil improvement and geosynthetic applications is highly advantageous.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership potential, strong communication abilities, and fluency in English.
* Flexibility: A willingness to travel for business and the readiness to be deployed to project sites as required by operations.
