We are currently expanding our maintenance and mechanical divisions and are seeking dedicated, results-driven professionals to join our team.
## 1. Workshop Manager (Kepala Bengkel)
As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency of our maintenance operations and leading a team of skilled technicians to ensure our heavy equipment fleet remains in peak condition.
Key Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in workshop management or equipment maintenance.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of both preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, including advanced troubleshooting for heavy machinery.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coordinate, lead, and mentor a team of mechanics.
* Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with maintenance-related administration and strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Operational Capability: Must be able to operate heavy trucks and possess a foundational understanding of their mechanical systems.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, disciplined work ethic, and a focus on achieving operational targets.
* Mobility: Willingness to be assigned to any of the company’s workshop locations as needed.
## 2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Our mechanics are the backbone of our operational success, ensuring that our specialized vehicles function reliably under demanding construction environments.
Key Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with heavy vehicles, with a specific focus on Dump Trucks or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in diesel engine systems, transmission assemblies, braking systems, and various heavy equipment components.
* Diagnosis & Repair: Demonstrated ability to perform thorough vehicle inspections, accurately diagnose mechanical faults, and execute professional-grade repairs.
* Tool Handling: Skilled in the effective use of mechanical hand tools, power tools, and digital diagnostic equipment, as well as identifying necessary spare parts.
* Safety Compliance: Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols (K3) and the proper utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (APD).
* Professional Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a strong sense of personal responsibility regarding task execution.
