## Join Our Engineering Team: HVAC Operator
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Operator to join our maintenance team at our Depok facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of our climate control systems, contributing directly to the efficiency of our manufacturing environment.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining the integrity and functionality of our HVAC infrastructure. Key duties include:
* Preventive Maintenance: Executing scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent system degradation and ensure longevity.
* Routine Inspections: Conducting systematic checks on all HVAC units to identify potential performance issues.
* Minor Repairs: Performing prompt and effective repairs for minor system malfunctions to minimize downtime.
* System Monitoring: Continuously observing system metrics to ensure peak operating efficiency and environmental compliance.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) graduate. Preference will be given to candidates with a certification or educational focus in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering.
* Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
* Shift Flexibility: A professional readiness to work within a shift-based schedule.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in performing preventive maintenance, diagnostic inspections, and light repair work on HVAC systems.
* Location Availability: Candidates must be fully prepared and willing to be stationed at our Depok factory.
