## Management Trainee Program 2025
As part of our commitment to cultivating the next generation of business leaders, we are launching the Management Trainee (MT) Program 2025. This intensive program offers a blend of structured classroom training and hands-on, on-the-job experience designed to fast-track your leadership potential within our organization.
We are currently seeking candidates for the following tracks:
1. MT – Finance & Accounting (FAA)
This track is designed for analytical thinkers who possess a keen eye for detail and a desire to manage the fiscal health of a large-scale enterprise.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting (Max age: 24) or Master’s degree (S2) in Accounting (Max age: 26).
* Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong logical, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
* Proven record of active participation in organizational activities.
* Willingness to be placed in any PT Fastrata Buana branch throughout Indonesia.
2. MT – Sales (SALES)
This track is tailored for dynamic, proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving market growth and consumer engagement.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Master’s degree (S2) in any major (Marketing preferred).
* Maximum age: 26 years.
* Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 1 year of experience in Sales.
* Excellent communication, creative, and proactive skills.
* Active involvement in organizational activities.
* Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) is highly preferred.
* Willingness to be placed in any PT Fastrata Buana branch throughout Indonesia.
