1. Trainee Agronomy
Focusing on the core of our business, this role is ideal for those passionate about plantation management and agricultural excellence.
* Education: Bachelorโs degree (S1) in Agriculture, Plantation, or Forestry from a reputable university.
* Duration: 6-month on-the-job training.
* Requirements: Strong initiative and excellent communication skills; must be willing to be stationed or relocated across all operational areas.
2. Trainee Engineering
This position is designed for analytical thinkers ready to support our technical and processing infrastructure.
* Education: Bachelorโs degree (S1) in Agricultural Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
* Duration: 6-month on-the-job training.
* Requirements: High initiative, effective communication, and willingness to work at any of our operational sites.
3. Trainee Administration
A vital role for detail-oriented individuals looking to build a foundation in corporate and plantation financial operations.
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Accounting from a reputable university.
* Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills, high initiative, and willingness to be stationed at any plantation or mill facility.
* Duration: 12-month on-the-job training.
