By converting molasses sourced from 11 sugar mills into high-grade bioethanol, we maintain an annual production capacity of 30,000 kiloliters. ## Open Position: Production Operator
We are looking for dedicated individuals ready to contribute to our high-efficiency manufacturing environment. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless processing of bioethanol and maintaining the quality standards for which our facility is known.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Preference given to male candidates.
* Age: Maximum 30 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SLTA/SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Educational Background: Strong preference for graduates with a background in Science (IPA), Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry.
* Physical Health: Must be free from color blindness and in good physical and mental health.
* Character Traits: Exceptional discipline, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on a rotational shift schedule.
