* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
* Portfolio Requirement: An outstanding portfolio demonstrating design and prototyping capabilities, backed by clear documentation.
* Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with Mobile Development (Kotlin or Swift) and core design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
* Commitment: Must be available for a full-time, one-year intensive training program followed by a one-year professional commitment.
