## Role Overview: Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
The Mechanical Commissioning Engineer plays a pivotal role in the successful handover of power plant systems. This position requires a proactive approach to testing, systematic troubleshooting, and rigorous field reporting to ensure all mechanical assets meet international safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* System Testing and Analysis: Execute comprehensive performance testing, including motor solo runs, fan and pump testing, and full-scale load assessments.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical malfunctions involving pumps, fans, valves, and associated auxiliary equipment.
* Site Management: Conduct detailed site surveys, maintain accurate field reports, and provide real-time monitoring of construction and commissioning issues.
* Commissioning Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end commissioning lifecycle, ensuring that all power plant systems are integrated according to design specifications.
* Precision Measurement: Utilize specialized diagnostic tools, including vibration meters, temperature sensors, and advanced mechanical instrumentation, to verify equipment integrity.
## Professional Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
* Educational Background: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
* Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the Power Plant, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), or heavy industry sectors.
* Language Proficiency: Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and technical drafting software such as AutoCAD.
* Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience working within Korean corporate structures will be viewed favorably.
Deployment and Contract Details
* Work Location: The successful candidate will be based at the Suralaya Site Office in Cilegon, Banten.
* Schedule: Please note that this position does not operate on a rotation schedule.
