We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Staff (Shipping Agency) to manage vessel logistics, coordinate port operations, and ensure seamless communication between principals, authorities, and onboard teams. Key Responsibilities
As an Operation Staff member, your day-to-day duties will encompass the complete lifecycle of a vessel's port call, ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance:
* Logistics & Schedule Coordination: Formulate comprehensive operational plans for assigned vessels based on precise schedules and strict requirements.
* Vessel Tracking: Oversee vessel movements and operational progress continuously from pre-arrival stages all the way through departure.
* Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and submit all mandatory pre-arrival paperwork to relevant authorities and stakeholders.
* Port Authority Liaison: Coordinate vessel arrivals, berthing schedules, and in-clearance procedures smoothly with CIQP, port authorities, and independent surveyors.
* Service Arrangement: Secure essential port services, including pilots, tugboats, mooring gangs, and auxiliary vessel support.
* Cargo Monitoring: Supervise loading and discharging operations closely while maintaining open channels of communication with all involved parties.
