## Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for ambitious individuals who are ready to hit the ground running. To qualify for the BesterR4W#10 intake, you must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A graduate or post-graduate degree in Engineering, Science, IT, Finance, or Accounting.
* Experience: A recent graduate or a professional with no more than two years of work experience.
* Communication: Highly energetic with complete fluency in both English and Indonesian. Proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
* Technical Literacy: Exceptional skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates with experience in programming will be prioritized.
* Analytical Mindset: A passion for reading business journals, a love for data analysis, and a proven ability to solve problems creatively.
