1. Junior Geologist
The Junior Geologist plays a vital role in our exploration success by executing field-based data collection and documentation.
* Execute exploration phases including geological mapping, drilling, geophysical logging, and coal sampling.
* Perform detailed lithological descriptions and generate precise drill logs.
* Interpret geophysical logging data and manage comprehensive drilling databases.
* Maintain strict adherence to corporate exploration standards and safety procedures.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant mining or exploration role.
* Strong technical proficiency in coal mapping, drill core handling, and borehole correlation.
* Willingness to be stationed at the Musi Rawas Utara site, South Sumatra.
2. Exploration Geologist
The Exploration Geologist is responsible for the oversight and strategic execution of complex exploration projects to support our long-term resource management.
* Plan and supervise large-scale exploration programs, covering everything from initial mapping to final reporting.
* Conduct advanced interpretation and correlation of coal seams to support mine planning.
* Develop high-accuracy coal geological models and manage geological database validation.
* Coordinate effectively with internal exploration teams, support departments, and third-party contractors to ensure regulatory compliance and operational safety.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in exploration geology.
* Expertise in coal resource estimation, geological modeling, and comprehensive exploration reporting.
* Possession of a valid Pengawas Pertambangan (POP or POM) certification is required.
* Willingness to be stationed at the Musi Rawas Utara site, South Sumatra.
