We are actively seeking talented individuals to fill the following roles at our facilities in Sunter, North Jakarta, and Karawang, West Java.
1. Export Import Section Head (Location: Sunter, North Jakarta)
This leadership role is critical for ensuring the seamless flow of international trade operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage daily import and export transactions, handle customs audits, maintain compliance with regulations (PIB, PEB, HS Code, Lartas), and coordinate with logistics partners and customs authorities.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Logistics preferred), 4–6 years of relevant experience in the automotive or trucking industry, and a deep understanding of the INSW, Inatrade, and OSS systems. Certification in Customs Expertise is a significant advantage.
2. Export Import Officer (Location: Sunter, North Jakarta)
A hands-on position focused on the accuracy and efficiency of trade documentation.
* Key Responsibilities: Process PIB submissions, manage returnable package documentation, support tax and financial audits, and ensure all import activities remain compliant with government regulations.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Engineering or Accounting. Prior experience in export/import is preferred. You must be proficient in SAP and comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
3. Logistic Manufacturing Engineer Analyst (Location: Karawang, West Java)
This role bridges the gap between production planning and inventory efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor delivery schedules for local suppliers, manage material inventory, oversee SAP processes (Goods Received, Bill of Materials), and calculate non-IKD costs.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain. A minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing logistics is required, alongside exceptional analytical thinking and data management skills.
4. Field Service Engineer (Location: Sunter, North Jakarta)
The technical backbone of our customer support network.
* Key Responsibilities: Diagnose complex technical issues for dealers and customers, provide on-site technical solutions, and create Field Service Bulletins to ensure standardized repairs across all locations.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Heavy Equipment Engineering. While 1 year of industry experience is preferred, we welcome fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel.
5. General Accounting Officer (Location: Sunter, North Jakarta)
A vital role in maintaining our financial integrity and transparency.
* Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting operations, including journal postings and financial reporting. Conduct annual asset and merchandise stocktakes, and assist in tax and financial statement audits.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Finance. Candidates should have a firm grasp of PSAK and tax regulations, along with proficiency in SAP or other accounting software.
