## Available Position: Administration Trainee (AT)
We are currently hiring for the role of Administration Trainee (AT). This program is designed to develop the next generation of administrative leaders within our processing facilities. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Candidate Qualifications
* Gender and Age: Male, with a maximum age of 25 years.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3, D4, or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm, physically fit, and free from color blindness.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational sites throughout Sumatra.
* Commitment: Must be willing to undergo a 6-month intensive training program and adhere to a 2-year service bond contract.
