## Available Position: SMG Mechanical Engineer
We are currently recruiting for the role of SMG Mechanical Engineer, based in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan. This role is pivotal for maintaining our operational excellence and requires a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to drive performance within the mechanical section through the following duties:
* Providing comprehensive engineering support and technical guidance to Supervisors and Foremen.
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining industry-leading best practices for mechanical operations.
* Overseeing site installations to ensure they meet our rigorous technical standards.
Professional Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A maximum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally within Fixed Plant Maintenance or large-scale project environments.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated familiarity with Conveying Systems and Coal Handling Facilities.
* Systems Knowledge: Working knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
* Design Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with professional fluency in both Indonesian and English.
* Work Ethic: High attention to detail, the ability to operate with minimal supervision, and an unwavering commitment to corporate safety, environmental standards, and business ethics.
