## Open Positions at PT Aplus Pacific

1. Finance Staff (Accounts Receivable)
* Confirm customer billing and process payment settlements.
* Coordinate collection schedules for field staff.
* Verify and audit invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
* Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Management.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in a related role.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
2. Finance Staff (Accounts Payable)
* Receive and inspect billing documentation for accuracy.
* Analyze, process, and follow up on billing completeness.
* Enter financial data into the company’s accounting system.
* Monitor bill payments handled by the Treasury department.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting.
* At least 3 years of consistent experience as an AP Finance professional.
* Strong understanding of journaling and tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), and PPN).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office.
3. PPIC Staff
* Monitor production plans to ensure alignment with delivery schedules and capacity.
* Manage safety stock levels for finished goods and raw materials.
* Analyze project budgets and production costs.
* Generate comprehensive daily reports on production progress and stock conditions.
* Draft internal memorandums for material shipping schedules.
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing PPIC role.
* Expertise in production planning, inventory control, and MS Excel.
4. Admin Quality Control
* Monitor product testing and quality development.
* Verify final product standards.
* Maintain accurate QC records, checklists, and documentation.
* Draft historical analysis reports regarding device and product logs.
* Strong analytical skills with a proactive and communicative approach.
* Solid understanding of manufacturing quality control processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. AC Technician
* Install new air conditioning units.
* Perform routine maintenance and technical repairs.
* Minimum high school diploma (SLTA/Sederajat).
* At least 5 years of practical experience in AC repair, including expertise in compressors and modules.
* Hands-on experience with split and cassette AC units.
* In-depth knowledge of Daikin brand units is considered a significant advantage.
* Must be willing to travel between our various branches from the base in Kapuk Poglar.
