We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our finance team at our Cikarang plant.
## Position Overview: Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage our core financial operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting our continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Cost Analysis: Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) to optimize operational efficiency.
* Financial Oversight: Review internal financial statements thoroughly to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Ledger Management: Accurately record and oversee all accounts payable and receivable transactions.
* Transaction Processing: Prepare and process invoices, checks, receipts, and various financial transactions seamlessly.
* Cash Flow Management: Handle daily cash transactions, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management with precision.
* Tax Compliance: Calculate, prepare, and submit all tax-related documents in accordance with current regulations.
* Asset Control: Maintain rigorous records and strict control over company assets.
Candidate Requirements

* Gender & Attitude: Passionate female professional with an optimistic, problem-solving mindset.
* Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Management from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Industry Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax staff member within the manufacturing sector.
* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old.
* Certifications: Must possess valid Brevet A, B, or C tax certifications.
* Language Proficiency: Conversational or professional proficiency in the Japanese language is a distinct advantage.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Location: Willing to be based and commute to our facility in Cikarang, West Java.
