NICU Perina Coordinator
This pivotal role requires a strong leader committed to the highest standards of neonatal and perinatal care.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Licensure: Possession of an active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).
* Certifications: Must hold specialized training certificates such as NICU, BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support), or other relevant intensive care unit training.
* Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Head Nurse in the NICU or as a staff nurse in an NICU/PICU setting.
* Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of ward or unit management.
Inpatient Coordinator
This role is for a proactive leader who can ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care within our inpatient units.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Licensure: Possession of an active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).
* Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Unit Person-in-Charge (PJ) or at least two (2) years as an Inpatient Coordinator.
* Skills: Proven leadership abilities, strong managerial acumen, and the capacity to excel both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word and Excel is essential.
* Certifications: Must hold a minimum of an active BTCLS certificate.
* Preferred: Candidates who have completed Ward Management Training will be highly regarded.
