* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Economics, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Data Science.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, charts), Word, and PowerPoint.
* Experience: Proven background in data processing, program monitoring, or reporting administration.
* Certification: Possession of a Training Officer Course (TOC) or Management of Training (MOT) certificate from ASN Berpijar LAN is highly preferred.
* Requirements: Maximum age of 30, physical and mental fitness, and a clean criminal record.
## 2. Functional Training Program Coordinator
This position involves the end-to-end organization of functional training initiatives. Key requirements include:

* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in training and development.

## 3. Thematic Technical Training Program Coordinator
This role is designed for individuals dedicated to organizing specialized technical training sessions. Qualified candidates should possess:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Minimum one-year relevant experience in education or training management.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a strong desire to learn.
* Preferred Certifications: Basic Level Public Procurement Expertise or Level 1 Competency Certification, as well as TOC/MOT certification.
* Behavioral Skills: High motivation, adaptability, and excellent public communication skills.
## 4. Training Information System Administrator
This technical role is responsible for managing digital platforms and learning infrastructure. Applicants must have:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S-1) or Diploma (D.IV) in MIPA, Engineering, or Information Technology.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of web-based information systems, databases, hosting, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Systems Design: Ability to create data flow diagrams (BPMN/DFD) and conduct functional system testing.
* Asset Management: Understanding of information security, access management, and digital asset maintenance.
