Available Positions and Requirements
1. Senior Key Account Manager (Mini/Hyper/Super)
* Location: Head Office
* Focus: Driving profitability and growth across modern trade channels. You will lead commercial plans, manage distributor engagements, and optimize our SKU forecasting.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in the FMCG modern trade sector.
2. Senior Buyer (Commercial)
* Location: Head Office
* Focus: Managing commercial procurement, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationships while ensuring strict contract compliance and cost-effectiveness.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in procurement or commercial purchasing. SAP experience is a distinct advantage.
3. Senior Buyer (MRO & CAPEX)
* Location: Head Office
* Focus: Procuring maintenance, repair, and operational goods, alongside capital expenditure projects to support factory efficiency.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in MRO/CAPEX procurement.
4. Project Engineer
* Location: Karawang / Pasuruan
* Focus: Leading capital project execution, coordinating business case analyses, and ensuring production lines meet capacity and quality standards.
* Requirements: Engineering degree with 3+ years of experience in CAPEX project management.
5. Packaging Engineer
* Location: Karawang
* Focus: Optimizing packaging machinery and processes to reduce scrap, improve OEE, and champion sustainability initiatives.
* Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
6. Maintenance Lead (1-Year Contract)
* Location: Karawang
* Focus: Overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, coaching teams on defect handling, and ensuring compliance with global food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP).
* Requirements: Engineering degree; fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
7. Continuous Improvement Lead (Contract Based)
* Location: Karawang
* Focus: Spearheading the Zero Loss program, conducting root cause analyses, and driving Lean manufacturing initiatives on the factory floor.
* Requirements: Degree in Engineering or Food Technology with 1-3 years of experience in TPM or CI environments.
8. Area Sales Leader (FS) (1-Year Contract)
* Location: Manado
* Focus: Managing Food Service distribution, executing Go-to-Market strategies, and leading sales teams to hit profitability targets.
* Requirements: 1+ year of experience in FMCG Food Service; strong communication skills and leadership ability.
