Although she was already an established figure serving as Chair of the Indonesian Democratic Party and a member of Commission I of the DPR, the aftermath of that watershed moment solidified her status as a nationwide political icon.
Today, the PDI-P Faction of the Jakarta Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD DKI Jakarta) continues its tradition of political engagement by fostering the next generation of policy analysts. ## Career Development: Budget Analysis Internship Program
We are seeking dedicated, proactive individuals to join our team as interns for the 2026 Jakarta Regional Budget (APBD) Analysis Task Force. This role is designed for those eager to bridge the gap between academic theory and the practical realities of fiscal policy in Indonesia's capital.
Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standard of legislative support, prospective interns must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Standing: Current university students (minimum 4th semester) from any major with a keen interest in Jakarta’s urban development.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential for data management and budget tracking.
* Analytical Aptitude: A demonstrated passion for Indonesian political economy, with a specific focus on the complex dynamics of the Jakarta region.
* Professional Integrity: Must possess high levels of dedication, maintain strict professional integrity, and be fully prepared to adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) established by the PDI-P Faction.
