## Application Process and Requirements
Interested candidates are required to complete the online application form to be considered for our recruitment process. All submitted files will undergo an initial administrative screening.
* Selection Phases: Candidates who pass the administrative review will be invited for a Computer-Based English Proficiency Test and an Academic Potential Test (TPA).
* Exemption: Applicants who possess valid, ministry-recognized TKBI and TKDA certificates are exempt from the testing phase.
* Testing Schedule: Assessments are held Monday through Friday, 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM WIB, at the BP-SDM Unit Office of UMS. Please note that the duration of the test is three hours; candidates arriving after 11:00 AM will not be admitted.
## General Qualifications for Prospective Faculty
All applicants must adhere to the following baseline requirements:
* Citizenship & Faith: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) and of the Islamic faith.
* Age Limits:
* Master’s degree (S2) holders: Maximum 30 years old.
* Doctoral degree (S3) holders and Medical Specialists: Maximum 40 years old.
* Character: Must demonstrate good conduct, proven by a clean Police Record Certificate (SKCK).
* Academic Credentials:
* Master’s Degree (S2/Specialist I): Minimum GPA of 3.50 (scale of 4) with a study duration of no more than three years; undergraduate GPA must be at least 3.25.
* Doctoral Degree (S3/Specialist II): Minimum Master’s GPA of 3.50 and Undergraduate GPA of 3.25. Must include proof of publication in reputable international journals.
* Language Proficiency: A minimum TOEFL ITP score of 525, IELTS 5.5, or equivalent (TOEFL CBT/IBT or TOAFL).
* Health Standards: Must be physically and mentally fit, and drug-free, as verified by government hospital documentation (to be submitted upon successful acceptance).
* Employment Status: Must not be under contract or hold a permanent/probationary position at another institution.
