## Candidate Requirements
To maintain our industry-leading standards, applicants for technical and engineering roles should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: Candidates should possess between 4 to 20 years of hands-on experience in project management or industrial operations.
* Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
* Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within the paper or tissue manufacturing sector is considered a distinct advantage.
* Mobility: Willingness to relocate as necessitated by project requirements.
For our Mandarin Speaking Sales positions, we require:
* A Bachelor’s degree coupled with proven experience in Manufacturing or B2B sales.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
* Fluency in Mandarin.
