## Candidate Requirements
To ensure our future leaders are prepared for the challenges of the industry, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Age Limit: Maximum 27 years old.
* Academic Background: Must hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Cultivation, or other closely related fields.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience Level: This position is open to enthusiastic fresh graduates.
* Health Standards: Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Technical Proficiency: Competency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership potential and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational sites across North Sumatra, Riau, South Sumatra, West Kalimantan, or Central Kalimantan.
