Operating under our parent company, PT Karunia Wahananusa, we take pride in delivering large-scale infrastructure solutions for esteemed clients, including the Balikpapan Regional Water Utility Company (PDAM) and the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in East Kalimantan. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Site Logistics Administrator to support our ongoing projects in the region.
## Role Responsibilities
As a Site Logistics Administrator, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that resources flow efficiently to support our site productivity. Your core duties will include:
* Data Management: Accurately recording all incoming and outgoing inventory items into our digital tracking systems.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly stock status reports to facilitate operational oversight.
* Procurement Support: Monitoring consumption rates and initiating purchase requisitions to ensure zero downtime.
* Documentation: Ensuring that all shipping and logistics paperwork is properly verified, organized, and archived.
* Inventory Control: Leading regular stock audits in collaboration with the warehouse team to maintain inventory integrity.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this vital role, candidates must possess a strong work ethic and the technical aptitude required to manage complex logistics environments. We are seeking applicants who meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male, with a maximum age of 35 years.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); holders of a D3 or S1 degree in Administration or related fields are strongly preferred.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in logistics administration or inventory management.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Accurate, or other specialized logistics software is a distinct advantage.
* Industry Knowledge: Practical understanding of spare parts, specifically for Light Vehicles (LV) and buses.
* Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong self-discipline, and a proven ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
* Availability: Must be willing to be stationed at our site in Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan.
