## Position Overview: Secretariat and Substantive Support Staff
The Directorate is currently looking to onboard dedicated individuals to drive administrative excellence and programmatic success for the SQTDP.
* Form of Employment: Contract worker (Non-Civil Servant / Non-ASN)
* Openings: 2 (two) positions available
* Contract Duration: 10 (ten) months
## Core Qualifications and Requirements

1. Educational Background
* Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Urban and Regional Planning (Planologi) or Economics.
* A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale is mandatory.
* Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
2. Language Proficiency
Strong communication skills in English are essential due to ongoing coordination with international partners like the World Bank. Applicants must meet at least one of the following thresholds:
* TOEFL ITP: Minimum score of 500
* TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 80
* TOEFL Prediction: Minimum score of 500
3. Preferred Advantages (Added Value)
While not strictly mandatory, candidates possessing the following attributes will stand out during the selection process:
* Proven involvement in organizational leadership, academic research, professional projects, or relevant internships.
* Prior work experience or internships with Bappenas, the World Bank, or other international development agencies.
* Demonstrated background or exposure to tourism, development economics, spatial planning, sustainable development, public policy, or international development cooperation.
* Strict Eligibility: Applicants must not currently hold status as a Civil Servant (ASN), member of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), or the Indonesian National Police (Polri), and must possess no Employee Identification Number (NIP).
## Scope of Work and Responsibilities
As part of the SQTDP team, your daily responsibilities will bridge high-level administrative coordination and critical substantive review. Your main duties will encompass:
* Streamlining administrative workflows and ensuring smooth cross-sectoral coordination for the implementation of the SQTDP.
* Assisting in the compilation, processing, and comprehensive documentation of technical and substantive program materials.
* Verifying the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all documents required for SQTDP operational activities.
* Facilitating the review and quality assurance processes for documents destined for submission to secure a No Objection Letter (NOL) from the World Bank.
* Tracking, managing, and ensuring timely follow-up on feedback or requirements mandated by the World Bank and other key stakeholders.
* Bridging communication and fostering synergy between the Directorate, the SQTDP team, the World Bank, various ministries and agencies, regional governments, and external partners.
